BUNDANOON FOLK FESTIVAL EMERGING ARTIST RECORDING SPONSORSHIP

Old Binda Road joins the Bundanoon Folk Festival family.

Something special is happening in Bundanoon. Thanks to the generosity of Stephen Lindsay and Old Binda Road Recording Studios (Oceanic Records), an emerging artist or act from the 2025 festival lineup will walk away with a life changing opportunity: a full professional recording package valued at over $10,000. That’s two nights’ accommodation, two full days in the studio and a day of top shelf engineering, all to help a rising voice find its sound.

It’s not about charts or fame. It’s about heart, craft and the folk spirit that binds this community. Our vision is simple: to give back, to lift up those still finding their feet and to build something lasting. From 2026, the promotion expands to include regional and NSW folk artists ready for that next step.

No age cap. No limits. Just music, honesty and opportunity.
